There are no federal laws governing home inspectors. We are regulated by the State of Alabama.  A natural question would be,  "how can I be sure that my inspector is qualified, experienced, and trustworthy"?  One way is through home inspector associations.  Mixson Home Inspections, LLC are members of the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors (NACHI) and the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI).
